B&M Expansion – 2005-06

Civil / Site engineering and permitting, and structural engineering for 13,100sf addition to the landmark B&M baked bean facility. The design of the addition incorporated a steel pile supported foundation, structural steel frame with insulated exterior wall panels, and composite concrete mezzanine floor slabs.

Barber Foods Air Handler Upgrade – 2003

Existing structures often require reinforcement when the installation of new or upgraded equipment is necessary. Associated Design Partners Inc. designed modifications to an existing steel grillage frame to support this 4 ton air handler.
