When the partial demolition of a structure is part of a planned renovation, Associated Design Partners Inc. can engineer temporary shoring and bracing systems to support the existing structure during construction. Temporary shoring of the roof of this existing commercial building was done to allow the entire load bearing frame of the storefront of to be removed and reconstructed.
